Jim is the lead inventor of MedRelief technology, with extensive experience and patents (43 issued) in design, fabrication and testing of electrical circuits with specific emphasis on bioelectrical devices. Named a Westinghouse Fellow Engineer, November 1994. He has broad experience in electronic signal and waveform analysis and design.
